By accessing or using Sisserou OnionSharing (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• The Service is provided "as is" for educational and privacy-demonstration purposes.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to compromise the infrastructure.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your privacy is the core reason this Service exists. This policy explains what we collect — and what we absolutely do not.

• We do not collect personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no email lists.
• We do not log your IP address or store any data that could link you to a file share or chat session.
• Files are encrypted client-side. We cannot see the contents of anything you share.
• Ephemeral data only. Encrypted relay chunks exist only for the duration needed to complete a transfer and are then purged.
• We do not use cookies for tracking. Any local storage is strictly functional (e.g., UI preferences) and never shared externally.

Sisserou operates on a strict zero-knowledge, zero-logs principle:

• Server logs are either disabled or automatically purged within minutes.
• No analytics scripts, trackers, or third-party beacons are embedded in the application.
• File metadata (filename, size, origin) is never written to persistent storage.
• Chat messages live only in your browser; we do not store conversation history.

Because of this design, we cannot — even if compelled — produce user data, chat transcripts, or file access records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisserou Digital Solutions Ltd and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of data, revenue, or anticipated profits due to service interruption, error, or security breach.
• The actions of third parties who may misuse shared links or onion addresses.
• Content shared by users; we do not moderate, review, or control user-generated transfers or messages.

You agree to use the Service entirely at your own risk. This is a demonstration and research tool, not a guaranteed commercial-grade platform.

While the Service is designed to protect legitimate privacy rights, it may not be used for unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing material that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property laws.
• Distributing illegal content, malware, or materials that exploit or harm others.
• Harassment, threats, or any form of abuse transmitted through Tor Chat or Mail.
• Attempting to attack, probe, or overwhelm the Service infrastructure.

We will cooperate with lawful orders in jurisdictions where we operate, within the limits of the data we actually possess (which, by design, is minimal).
